If you're looking for a list of all the restaurants in the 2026 Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland, look no further – here, we've included every restaurant which has made it into the hallowed red book. The 2026 guide was unveiled at Dublin's Convention Centre, with the results broadcast online at the same time.
In total, this year's guide (the 52nd in Great Britain and Ireland) gave 22 restaurants new ratings, including 20 new one-star restaurants and two new two-star restaurants (Bonheur by Matt Abé and Row on 5). There were no new three-star restaurants announced, but all the existing three-starred restaurants retained their status.
When it came to sustainability, there were seven new Green Stars: 1887 (which also won a Michelin star); Eight at Gazegill; Forest Side; Knepp Wilding Kitchen; The Free Company; Timberyard and Glebe House.
Most of the restaurants that lost stars this year were due to closure, including three two-starred restaurants. Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is undergoing a serious refurbishment which sees it closed for 18 months. Bibendum, which closed after chef Claude Bosi was unable to agree a new lease with the landlord of the building, and La Dame de Pic, which was closed by Anne-Sophie Pic after her partnership ended with the Four Seasons Hotel.
Other one-starred restaurants which closed last year and therefore were omitted from the guide included Five Fields, London (closed February 2025); Lyle's, London (closed May 2025); Crocadon, Cornwall (closed October 2025) and Restaurant Hjem, Northumberland (closed December 2025). Club Gascon in London announced its closure in March 2026 and was therefore omitted from the Guide too.
HUMO in London and Bridge Arms in Kent also lost their one-star status.
A handful of Special Awards were handed out throughout the ceremony, including Michelin Young Chef (awarded to Tom Earnshaw at Bohemia in Jersey); the Michelin Exceptional Cocktail Award (awarded to Alisdair Shaw at Sebbs in Glasgow); Michelin Opening of the Year (which went to Shwen Shwen in Sevenoaks, Kent); Michelin Sommelier Award (which was given to Roxanne Dupui at Row on 5) and the Michelin Service Award (which went to Barbara Nealon at Saint Francis Provisions).
