Created specially for Valentine's Day, Mark Hix's blood orange vodka cocktail is the perfect drink to toast any romantic evening. The vodka base is softened with sweet peach liqueur, sour lemon and zesty blood orange for an easy cocktail to share.
Ingredients
Blood orange cocktail
- 100ml of vodka , preferable Black Cow Vodka
- 30ml of blood orange syrup
- 50ml of lemon juice
- 20ml of peach liqueur
- 2 egg whites
- cherries , to garnish
Method
1
Place all the cocktail ingredients except the cherries in a cocktail shaker. Shake well for 30 seconds until combined and lightly frothy
- 100ml of vodka , preferable Black Cow Vodka
- 30ml of blood orange syrup
- 50ml of lemon juice
- 20ml of peach liqueur
- 2 egg whites

Divide between 2 coupes or cocktail glasses to serve, garnishing each drink with a cherry
