Sloe gin

Not yet rated

This sloe gin recipe is so simple, there's no excuse to not make it yourself this year. Although it can be bought in the shops year-round, making your own is easy (not to mention much cheaper – especially if you can forage the sloes yourself). It’ll take a month or two for the berries to release their colour and flavour into the gin, so make a batch now and have it ready for Christmas.
