Curry mayonnaise

Lisa Allen's curry mayonnaise recipe is really quick to put together. The mayonnaise makes a lovely dip for chips or veggie fritters and is also a great accompaniment to fish goujons. Use it as a dressing in potato salad to give it an extra warm kick.

Combine the mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well

Dish up into a ramekin and sprinkle with a little extra curry powder if you prefer. Serve immediately
