Sesame dressing

This dressing from Galton Blackiston is bursting with the flavour and lemony aroma of Schezuan pepper, which is very common in Southwest and East Asia. Serve it with a range of dishes; from cheesy beignets to an Asian salad.

Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blitz until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve
