This simple Mexican salsa recipe requires no cooking and takes just minutes to whip up. Serve it dolloped onto tacos for an acidic hit of fresh flavour. This is a fresh, vibrant and zingy salsa that packs a little punch. It’s good with everything but only lasts a few days in the fridge, so it's worth making fresh for whatever you're serving it with.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until almost smooth. Serve with tacos and other Mexican dishes
