These smash burgers deliver serious summer vibes, with caramelised, crispy-edged patties glazed in Encona Jamaican-Style Jerk BBQ Sauce. Served on buttery brioche buns with a tropical salsa and zesty slaw, they’re a perfect balance of sweet, spicy and smoky flavours.
For the salsa, mix all ingredients together and set aside
For the slaw, combine all the ingredients together and set aside
Mix all the smash burger ingredients together and divide into 4 small balls
Heat a cast iron pan over a high heat. Once hot then add two beef balls. Smash each beef ball onto the hot surface using a heavy spatula. Cook for 2 minutes per side until crispy, then repeat with the remaining balls
Toast the brioche buns, then top with smash burgers, salsa, slaw and extra jerk sauce
