Herb mayonnaise

Bruno Loubet, is well know for his twists on classic recipes and this herb mayonnaise makes a tasty dip for a summer barbecue. It is simple to whip up and will add an extra bit of interest to the barbecue.

To make the herb mayonnaise, simply mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve in ramekins with your choice of dippers
