A quick, tasty twist on a classic, from Sharp’s Just Add Beer cookbook – perfect for making in larger batches for parties.

Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard for 6 seconds

  • 35ml of gin, ideally Tarquin's The Hopster Gin
  • 25ml of lemon juice
  • 15ml of sugar syrup

Strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up with Doom Bar and garnish with a twist of lemon
