Herbed cream cheese

This super-simple herbed cream cheese recipe from Mark Dodson makes a versatile treat – use it to offset the heat of chilli con carne, try it in a smoked salmon bagel or simply serve it as a dip.

Bring the cream cheese out of the fridge to come up to room temperature and soften for 10-15 minutes
  • 150g of cream cheese

Add the herbs, pesto, lemon and seasoning to a mixing bowl with the cream cheese and whisk until well combined. Store in the fridge until ready to use
