If you have ever enjoyed a Whiskey Mac cocktail before, you are bound to relish this simple but complex take on it, complete with sweet notes of vanilla and chocolate and modern touches from Hungarian Bartender - Gabor Omufer at Vivek Singh's Cinnamon Club.

Garnish

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Whisky tasting glass
  • Bar spoon or swizzle stick

Method

Fill a whisky or rum tasting glass to the top with ice. Pour over the rum, ginger wine, bitters and Ardbeg

Use a spoon or swizzle stick to stir for 1 minute. Garnish with the orange twist and serve immediately
