FRONTEND DEVELOPER
We are currently seeking an early to mid-career Front-end developer to join our rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for translating the needs of the business team and clients into clean and intuitive code. Focus for this role will be on front-end coding with the opportunity to build your skills in project management, writing user stories, wireframing, and design. As a growing start-up we’re looking for someone that can grow with the company. New ideas and self-initiative are encouraged.

MEMBERSHIP MANAGER
Great British Chefs are looking for an experienced Membership Manager to launch and run its premium subscription based Membership Club. An exciting position for the right individual with a creative and dedicated approach who is excited about opportunities and challenges of being involved in a fast moving startup.
Job description

Develop and deliver the Great British Chefs’ membership programme.

Take ownership and drive the membership scheme both strategically and operationally, working closely with senior staff.

This would include adding new, refining existing benefits and positioning the programme as premium, aspirational and unique.

To work closely with colleagues - report on activity against targets, e.g. growth projections, campaign effectiveness, response timescales for membership inquiries, etc.
-
To anticipate issues and adjust resources accordingly.
Responsibilities to include

Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with external suppliers to create an ongoing suite of suitable membership benefits.

Membership recruitment and retention.

Database profiling and CRM.

Analysis of membership recruitment and retention data.

Organise and manage member events.
Key Requirements
-
Good knowledge of marketing, membership scheme development, database management and market research.

Strong understanding of UX optimisation.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Good written and oral communication skills.

A graduate with a business or marketing degree.

Highly IT literate.

SEO & PCC MANAGER
The role
Great British Chefs are looking for a passionate and well-rounded SEO & PPC manager who will thrive in one of the most rapidly developing digital start-ups in the UK.
The role requires you to head up the management of PPC and SEO in a fascinating vertical and you’ll be an important part of the shaping the direction of the website as a whole.

Skills and Experience

SUMMER INTERNSHIP FOR COMPUTER SCIENCE STUDENT
This is a great opportunity for a second or third year Computer Science undergrad to join our team for the summer of 2012. They must have experience in software design, coding and debugging. The intern must be familiar with HTML, Javascipt and CSS. Experience gained in the classroom and throughout personal application will be accepted. Great British Chefs is a startup and a great place to get real world hands-on experience.
