Vietnamese-style coconut coffee

This is a lovely variation on a Vietnamese iced coffee, which is sweetened with condensed milk. Here we use Tassimo L’Or Americano coffee and coconut milk to make a layered drink that’s as indulgent as it is refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 60ml of condensed milk
  • 2 handfuls of ice cubes, lightly crushed
  • 2 americanos, 250ml each
  • 60ml of coconut milk, well stirred to remove any lumps

Method

Pour the condensed milk into 2 glasses

  • 60ml of condensed milk

Add the crushed ice and give it a little stir with something long

  • 2 handfuls of ice cubes, lightly crushed

Pour the coffee over

Slowly pour in the coconut milk, and serve
