Vegan Irish coffee

This vegan Irish coffee boasts all the rich, silky, indulgent flavours of the warming cocktail but replaces the cow's milk with condensed coconut and almond milk. The ideal drink to help you warm up on a cold winter night.

Make 4 coffees, leaving room in the mug to add the Irish cream

Place all ingredients for the vegan Irish cream in a jug and mix thoroughly

The Irish cream is less likely to curdle if warmed in the microwave or in a small pan before being added to the coffee. Distribute equally between the 4 coffees
