Peach gin

A juicy peach is one of the true joys of summer, but the season is unfortunately quite short. Extend it with this fabulous infused gin recipe and pour yourself a seriously tasty G&T.

  • Muslin cloth
  • Sterilised 500ml jar
  • Sterilised bottle

Method

Wash the peaches, remove the stone and slice into wedges

Place the peach wedges in the jar along with the sugar and gin, close the lid and give it a good shake

Leave to infuse for 3–4 days, shaking the jar each day

Strain the gin through a muslin cloth and bottle the gin
5
Enjoy chilled and drink within 1 month of making
