In addition to the international flavours, talents such as Andre Garrett and Adam Gray demonstrated how to get the best our of great British ingredients such as Dorset crab and home produced rapeseed oil which is fast becoming a strong contender to olive oil in chefs' kitchens.
New to the Taste of London theatre this year was a Chef's Table, where six lucky members of the audience got to sit on stage and try the creations themselves. Also the chefs had fun signing the wall after their appearance.

One of the more emotional questions at the theatre came on Saturday afternoon as a man proposed to his fiance in front of hundreds of foodies. We're pleased to say, she said yes!
