Turmeric fried eggs with garam masala onions

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add a dash of oil. Add the onions and cook until soft and beginning to char at the edges, stirring regularly. Add a tablespoon of water and the garam masala and cook out, stirring constantly, for a few minutes

Melt the ghee in a separate frying pan over medium heat and add the eggs, turmeric and some salt and pepper. Cook to your liking

Serve the eggs on top of the naan with the onions, green chilli and coriander scattered on top
