Rosé negroni

This contemporary twist on the classic negroni cocktail amps up the sweetness with Aperol in place of Campari and a dash of strawberry liqueur. The perfect little tipple to mix up for your mum on Mother's Day.
Ingredients
- 25ml of premium gin
- 25ml of rosé vermouth
- 12.5ml of Aperol
- 12.5ml of strawberry liqueur
- strawberries , to garnish
- ice
Method
1
Place all the ingredients into a glass and fill with ice

Stir to chill, then top up with more ice
3
Garnish with a strawberry and serve
