Doom Bar Daquiri

This quick and simple twist on the classic cocktail shines a new light on Doom Bar as an ingredient, which imparts sweetness from the malt, balances the acidity of the lime and heightens the molasses and caramel notes in the rum.
Ingredients
- 50ml of dark rum , or golden rum
- 25ml of lime juice
- 15ml of sugar syrup
- 35ml of Sharps Doom Bar beer
- 1 wheel of lime, to garnish
Method

Place all the ingredients apart from the lime into a shaker with ice, then shake hard for 10-12 seconds
- 50ml of dark rum , or golden rum
- 25ml of lime juice
- 15ml of sugar syrup
- 35ml of Sharps Doom Bar beer

Strain the cocktail into a goblet or martini glass, then garnish with a slice of lime
- 1 wheel of lime, to garnish
