Simon Jenkins is an award-winning pastry chef and consultant who has over twenty years of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens.

He now runs his own successful consultancy and advisory business, in the UK and internationally. Simon also carries out demonstrations and teaches, as well as being involved in judging for different industry awards.
