Katherine Feddon

Katherine Feddon has over fifteen years of fine dining restaurant experience. After her success in reaching the semi-finals of Masterchef: The Professionals, she decided to branch out into the private dining sector.

As a young girl Katherine would come home after school and browse through all of the cookbooks on the bookcase. This continued throughout her school years and into university where all she could think about was what she could rustle up for dinner that night.

Her obsession with food led her to finish her B.A. in Marketing and she was hired as a commis chef at The London Golf Club. It was here she did a day release college course to become a qualified chef. Having made her way up through the kitchen ranks, Katherine knew she needed to push herself and landed the role of sous chef at The Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden, working for restaurant associates.

Working under head chef Sabrina Gidda and being surrounded by other chefs with the same passion and drive for food allowed Katherine’s confidence to grow, she soon became head chef of the spa and reached the semi-finals of Masterchef: The Professionals in 2014.

After fifteen years of working in restaurants, Katherine has decided to take on a new challenge starting her own catering company, Chef Katherine. She also hosts regular Supper Clubs at venues in Kent and Essex where her passion for seasonal, British produce shines through.
