Triple garlic gambas al ajillo celebrates bold, beautiful emperor king prawns with garlic three ways – slow confit, gently sizzling in the pan, and finely grated over the top just before serving. It’s a classic Spanish tapas dish designed for mopping up with plenty of crusty bread.
