Colin McGurran provides a fruity treat for the Summer months with these mixed berry ice lollies. Incredibly easy to make, they are sure to keep the kids happy and provide a refreshing snack that's not loaded with added sugar.
Sieve the mixture into a jug, discarding the pips, then pour into sections of a lolly mould tray or into individual lolly moulds. Add the sticks or lids and freeze overnight until firm

Run the mould or moulds under hot water to loosen the lollies, then remove from the moulds. Serve immediately
Colin McGurran began his career with a burning ambition to own a red Mercedes. Almost 20 years on and he has fulfilled that ambition and much more besides.
