Chinese Chilli Mary
The Gorgeous Kitchen are showing their love of tequila with this chilli Bloody Mary cocktail recipe. This one has plenty of horseradish, as well as a dash of chilli oil for added warmth.
Ingredients
- 50ml of tequila
- juice of half a lime
- 50ml of tomato juice
- 1 tsp oil, infused with Chinese chillies
- 1/2 tsp horseradish
- 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 lime , sliced into wheels to garnish
Method

Add all of the ingredients to a jug and mix to combine

Pour into a short tumbler and garnish with a wheel of lime over the rim of the glass
