Shallot recipes

Tuck into this inspiring collection of shallot recipes, including Bruno Loubet's shallot tarte Tatins, Mark Dodson's beef fillet with roasted shallots, and cockles cooked in white wine with shallots and pancetta from Shaun Rankin.
