Inspired by the legendary food and wine festivals of America, Nigel Haworth took the epic step of starting something similar at his Northcote restaurant. This initial event started with just four chefs spanning a long weekend, but has grown into an major feature of the British culinary calendar. Now in its fifteenth year, Obsession 2015 features a plethora of top British chefs cooking over a mammoth fifteen-day extravaganza.
Nigel tells us more about the trip that sparked this 'Obession' and how it has grown into such a huge part of his life at Northcote. The whole event is treated very much as a family affair, with all the chefs involved being just as passionate and committed as Nigel himself.
