Live and Cooking with Chantelle Nicholson: healthy vegan desserts

by Great British Chefs 12 April 2018

We’ve invited chef Chantelle Nicholson to cook her incredible vegan dessert live across Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. Find out when it’s happening and how you can get involved.

Our Live and Cooking campaign, in association with our healthy cookery partner Vitality, continues to connect some of the UK’s best chefs to the nation’s most ambitious and eager home cooks. Our next live event sees Chantelle Nicholson (chef-patron of Tredwells in London) return to the screen, demonstrating how to make an incredible tropical dessert that’s completely vegan and contains no refined sugar.

Chantelle is a keen advocate of healthy eating and believes cooking from scratch is one of the best ways to maintain a balanced diet. Her menus always cater for those with food intolerances or allergies, and she’s always looking for was to season, sweeten or cook dishes for a healthier end result.

This particular Live and Cooking will be broadcast on our Facebook page at 7pm on Monday 16 April, but you’ll also be able to catch it on Twitter and YouTube. Remember, you can ask Chantelle questions before the event about all aspects of healthy eating and cooking for the chance to win a £50 Ocado voucher.

Take a look at the video below for a taste of what’s to come.
