Chef Romy Gill MBE is a British/Indian chef and writer based in South-West England. She was previously the owner and head chef at Romy's Kitchen, which served dishes inspired by Punjabi and Bengali cuisine. She was invited to speak at the MAD Symposium in Copenhagen on food and authenticity, and regularly contributes to a variety of British and international publications such as BBC Good Food and The New York Times. Her latest cookbook, On the Himalayan Trail, was published in 2022.
