Rene has a wealth of experience working for a range of prestigious bars across London including most recently The Wellington Club London. Prior to this, he has been seen shaking a cocktail (or 3!) at Dynamic Bars London, Eclipse Bar London, Brompton Club and Supper Club London. He started his career in the drinks industry over ten years ago and his passion for creating innovative cocktails has only gotten bigger. Constantly experimenting with new and unique spirits and liqueurs, Rene is always up to speed with the latest trends.
