Greg Cook

Greg is a self-taught head chef at The Woodford Bridge Country Club, near Holsworthy in Devon, who has been cooking for twenty-five years. He's fond of bold flavours brought out using traditional techniques with modern presentation. Greg tends to cook by feel and taste, making sure every ingredient has a purpose on the plate, rather than following a recipe.
