Debra is a food writer and editor with an enduring love of the ever-evolving nature of cuisines. Previously, she had her fingers in many pies but found this too often led to her ejection from buffets. Her years as editor for deliciousmagazine.co.uk, then MSN Food, have resulted in myriad flavour mash-ups, super chef chats, an undisputed position as culinary expert at the local pub quiz, and weight gain. Her blog keeps getting delayed by a recurrent issue – eating the food before she's managed to photograph it.
