Daniel Fletcher has worked as a top level Pastry Chef in various restaurants in London, Melbourne and New York, under such prestigious names as Jason Atherton, Gordon Ramsay and Tony Fleming. Moving on from the kitchen, he now acts a Pastry Consultant based in London and hosts pop up bakery Sweet. at the South Place Hotel, in Moorgate. With a passion for the variety and intricacies of all things pastry-related, Daniel creates beautiful desserts and delicacies with a focus on quality seasonal ingredients.
