Cristina Sánchez and Eduard Sellabona are a couple of food lovers living in La Vall d’en Bas, northern Catalonia. Cristina is a photographer and teacher and Eduard works on multimedia projects. They love tasting local quality products and discovering gems in the very rich Catalan restaurant scene, as well as cooking traditional recipes and working on the launch of their own cooking blog to share their passion for Catalan cuisine with foreigners wishing to learn more about it.
