The announcement of the new winners of The Michelin Guide UK & Ireland is always a big night for the hospitality industry. This year, the 'Ceremony' (it used to be called the 'Revelation', which was perhaps a touch too grandiose even for Michelin) took place at the Convention Centre in Dublin, with many of the best and brightest culinary talents of the UK and Ireland descending on the city to find out who made the list.
In total, this year's guide gave 22 restaurants new ratings, including 20 new one-star restaurants and two new two-star restaurants. There were also seven new green stars awarded. Read on for the full results of the 2026 Michelin Guide announcement, or take a look at our interactive map to see where in the UK and Ireland all the different Michelin-starred restaurants are located. Twenty-two chefs (and their entire teams) experienced the peaks of their careers when the 2026 Michelin stars were announced – read more about a few of their stories here.
