This majestic cocktail from Pied a Terre features an irresistible mix of vodka, Cointreau and ginger ale, with the added fruity notes of passion fruit purée and orange zest. It is easily prepared and will help you kick off a dinner party in style.

  • Brandy glass

Method

Fill a shaker to halfway with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka, Cointreau, passion fruit purée and orange zest. Shake well for 30 seconds

Fill a brandy glass (balloon) to halfway with ice. Use a Hawthorne strainer to hold back the ice and pour into the brandy glass, add the ginger ale and fresh passion fruit. Stir and serve
