As co-founder and chef of www.foodpairing.com, Peter is in a continuous quest for exciting flavour combinations. He approaches his creations from a scientific point of view: he knows all about aroma, taste and texture. After working in a Michelin-starred restaurant for many years, Peter decided to make an exciting career change in 2009. Together with scientist Bernard Lahousse they developed the world's largest ingredient and flavour database. Via their online tool, chefs and bartenders from all over the world can find inspiring pairings.
