There's never been a more exciting time to eat out in London. Throughout the city, an ever-expanding list of talented chefs are offering unique restaurant experiences, making it increasingly hard to decide where to spend our hard earned cash.
Luckily for us, the team at Taste of London are here to help. Having once more assembled an impressive list of chefs, the festival’s festive edition will return to London’s Tobacco Dock from 17 until 20 November.
With its mix of Victorian and modern architecture, representing both the traditional merchants of London's past and the new wave of developments, Tobacco Dock is a fitting venue for Taste of London. Like its varied setting, the featured chefs represent a range of different styles and tastes, leaving visitors with a unique insight into the constantly evolving food and drink scene found in the capital.
Chefs preparing to cook up a storm on stage this year include some of the country's leading names. Tom Kerridge, Peter Gordon, Monica Galetti, José Pizarro and Scott Hallsworth are just some of the featured chefs guaranteed to inspire and entertain you in equal measure. They won't be hogging all the stoves, however, as festival goers have the opportunity to make their own mark in the kitchen with a number of intriguing masterclasses available throughout the four-day event. One masterclass you certainly won't want to miss is the interactive cooking classes held by Jeremy Pang, founder of the School of Wok. Guests will be guided through making their own culinary masterpieces, using the latest kitchen equipment.
