Since releasing their first Sussex sparkling wine in 2018, Rathfinny have developed a reputation for being one of the estates at the forefront of Britain's winemaking scene. Boasting acre upon acre of vines situated on a south-facing slope in the South Downs, The Rathfinny Estate uses classic methods to produce their award-winning vintages, whilst also taking a modern, sustainable approach to winemaking.
