Ren Behan is a mum of two and a lawyer turned food writer. Alongside writing her blog focusing on seasonal, family friendly food, Ren recently completed a Diploma in Food Journalism with Distinction and contributes as a freelance writer to UK food publications. Her credits include delicious.magazine, Flavour Magazine and The Foodie Bugle.com. Ren is also hugely inspired by her Polish heritage and is starting a new venture www.mypolishkitchen.co.uk through which she is about to begin hosting cookery classes and a Polish pop-up.
