Jane Mason is a writer, baker and a social entrepreneur. In 2010 she set up Virtuous Bread to help people make, find and learn about good bread and in doing so forge the link between bread and virtue. Since then she has taught hundreds of people how to bake and set up their own micro bakeries, contributed widely to newspapers and magazines and spoken internationally about the importance of good bread in our lives. Perfecting Sourdough is her third book.
