Ingredients
Fish & Shellfish
2 tilapias, fresh
Fruit & Vegetables
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, skin-on
garlic cloves, 2-3 depending on size
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 tsp turmeric, heaped
2 tsp red chilli powder, heaped
2 green chillies
Store Cupboard
coconut, freshly grated, pr 1/4 can of cocnut milk, or 1 pouch of coconut condensed milk
salt, to taste
Speciality Ingredients
1 pinch of asafoetida
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of oil, large
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of coriander
