4 cod fillets, each weighing 125g
Store Cupboard
50ml of soy sauce
40g of sesame seeds
1 pinch of salt
Oils & Vinegars
1 dash of olive oil
Fruit & Vegetables
1 fennel bulb
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
lemon juice
Salad & Fresh Herbs
4 sprigs of dill, chopped
Spices & Dried Herbs
5 sprigs of fresh coriander, leaves picked
