  • 50ml of soy sauce
  • 40g of sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 dash of olive oil

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
  • lemon juice

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 4 sprigs of dill, chopped

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 5 sprigs of fresh coriander, leaves picked
