Ingredients
Fresh Meat
450g of leg of lamb, (boneless weight)
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 bunch of coriander
Spices & Dried Herbs
cumin seeds
oregano
Fruit & Vegetables
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red onion, diced
100g of carrots, chopped
80g of peas
Cooking Sauces
1 tsp aji amarillo chilli paste, (can be replaced with 1/2tsp habanero sauce)
Store Cupboard
200ml of beef stock, or lamb stock
salt
pepper
Alcohol
200ml of beer, pale and light
Oils & Vinegars
oil, flavourless
