Fish & Shellfish
400g of fresh tuna, sashimi grade
Store Cupboard
20g of sea salt
1 tsp fish sauce, optional
1 tsp honey
160g of peanuts, roasted and salted
Beverages
500ml of water
Oils & Vinegars
1 tsp sesame oil
40ml of sesame oil
40ml of light olive oil
Cooking Sauces
40ml of light soy sauce
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Fruit & Vegetables
lime juice, from 1 lime
2 carrots, peeled and cut into matchstick-size pieces
1 avocado, ripe, peeled and sliced
2 spring onions, cut at an angle and washed in cold water
red chillies, thinly sliced on a bias, for garnish
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
