100ml of soy sauce
1 tbsp of maple syrup
100g of coarse sea salt
Fruit & Vegetables
1 tbsp of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Sauces
1 dash of pepper sauce

2 tsp liquid smoke, of your choice
