500g of trofie pasta
Fruit & Vegetables
400g of runner beans
1 garlic clove, peeled (small)
Salad & Fresh Herbs
2 bunches of basil, leaves picked
Store Cupboard
2 tbsp of pine nuts
salt
pepper
Cheese
2 tbsp of pecorino, grated
4 tbsp of Parmesan, grated, plus extra for grating over the dish before serving
Oils & Vinegars
125ml of olive oil
