Rib-eye of beef with soy and spice

Ingredients

Fresh Meat

  • 2 240g rib-eye steaks

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 red chilli, mild, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lime, zest and juice

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 2 lemon grass stalks, 2cm, finely chopped
  • 2 large spring onions, finely sliced

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 ginger, 1 cm, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 sprig of fresh coriander, small

Store Cupboard

  • 8 tbsp of soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
