Bakery

  • 4 slices of white bread, soft

Store Cupboard

  • 4 eggs, at room temperature
  • white pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • salt

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • chives, about 1 heaped tablespoon, finely chopped

Oils & Vinegars

  • malt vinegar
  • groundnut oil, or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
