1/2 lemon, juiced
3 juniper berries, ground

120g of soft brown sugar
100g of plain flour
50g of blanched almonds
75g of sugar
1 pinch of flaky sea salt

75g of unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of ground cloves
