  • 100g of butter
  • 50g of butter, softened
  • 200ml of milk
  • 300ml of whipping cream
  • 225ml of double cream
  • butter for greasing

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 1/3 tbsp of mild curry powder
  • 1 pinch of ground turmeric
  • nutmeg, finely grated

Beverages

  • 150ml of dry sherry
